Guarantee and Service Terms

The chairs supplied by Sheesh Products as quoted carry a 5year Gold standard guarantee. Our gold standard guarantee covers faulty or defective components used on the chairs plus faulty workmanship. Incorrect use of the chair or malicious damage to components renders the guarantee null and void.

Normal wear and tear, incorrect cleaning or malicious damage on the fabric and foam is excluded from the guarantee.  The specific guarantee of the Fabric House that supplied the fabric will apply. (Most fabric houses guarantee their fabric for 2 years normal wear and tear). Should a chair give problems within the guarantee period it will be collected by Sheesh Products for assessment and repair. 

All our mechanisms, gas and bases are tested and approved to European and DIN standards and our chairs are manufactured according to the guidelines of SABS 1292. The foam we use on all our chairs are supplied by a company that carries the SABS mark and they adhere to very stringent testing and regulating procedures.
